Take a journey through your 2023 to create a great 2024

The year 2023 is coming to an end! A perfect time to stop and look back. So I invite you to join me on a journey of reflection.

This self-reflection is not only a review of the year, but also a preparation for what 2024 has to offer.

Time to reflect: I encourage you to reflect on the past year by

- Equipped with a pen and a piece of paper,

- find a place where you will not be disturbed and

- take 20 minutes for yourself.

In this short time, you can review the important moments of 2023 and prepare for the coming year.

Ask yourself the following questions and answer them as honestly as you can: YOUR SUCCESSES IN 2023

💪 What were your top 3 successes in 2023?

💪What decisions & implementations/actions made these successes possible?

💪Who or what supported you?

YOUR CHALLENGES IN 2023

💥What outcomes were particularly challenging for you?

💥How did you deal with them?

💥What did you learn from them? What will you take away from these questions/answers? They will help you to...

...recognise & value your strengths & successes.

...clarify the connection between your choices & successes.

...encourage gratitude & appreciation for support.

...identify areas for personal growth.

...recognise your adaptability & problem-solving skills.

...understand ongoing personal development. Your journey of reflection:

By going through these questions, you will not only gain clarity about the past year, but also lay the foundation for your goals and aspirations for 2024.

This type of reflection allows you to learn from experience, recognise patterns in your life and look to the future with greater purpose.

Let's use this knowledge to create a fulfilling and successful 2024. Because you are worth it!

Feel free to share your thoughts and insights in the comments and let's grow and learn together.

Yours, Carmen Cornelia Haselwanter
